Greetings!

Dr. Hilliard brings over 20 years and a wealth of educational leadership experience and a steadfast commitment to student success. Most recently, she has served in leadership roles within Memphis-Shelby County Schools, including as a school leader within the district and notably in roles supporting virtual and alternative education models. Her broad understanding of instructional innovation, academic achievement, and systems-level leadership will be an asset as we continue to elevate teaching and learning for every student at Gardenview Elementary School. Throughout her career, Dr. Hilliard has demonstrated a deep dedication to fostering inclusive, student-centered environments that support educators and learners alike.
